We are currently seeking a passionate, friendly, and driven Classroom Teacher to join our dynamic primary team.

Position Details

• Title: Classroom Teacher with additional duties as grade level leader

• Phase: Primary School

• Curriculum: IB Primary Years Programme (PYP), integrated with objectives from the English National Curriculum throughout the school

Key Responsibilities

• Create and deliver captivating, well-organized lessons that cater to the varied needs of all students

• Cultivate a positive, inclusive, and well-structured classroom environment

• Effectively utilize assessments to promote progress and boost achievement in core subjects

• Lead grade-level planning and coordination to ensure uniformity in curriculum delivery, assessment practices, and alignment with school standards

• Mentor and assist grade-level teachers through collaboration and tracking student progress to uplift standards and encourage effective practices

• Support students’ academic, social, and emotional development in line with IB PYP principles

• Work alongside colleagues to continuously improve teaching and learning experiences

Qualifications:

Essential:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a related discipline

• A minimum of 3 years of teaching experience in elementary/primary education

• At least 2 years of experience as a grade leader

• Strong classroom management skills

• Proven ability to enhance student learning

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Desirable:

• Knowledge of the IB Primary Years Programme

• Experience with the English National Curriculum
