Skills: Successful applicants will need to:
- Hold a BEd or Bachelor's degree with PGCE / PGDE or equivalent
- Have demonstrable experience teaching Business to KS4/KS5 or its equivalent
- Be eager to collaborate and share exemplary teaching practices
- Possess a growth mindset, demonstrating reflection and solution-oriented thinking
- Bring creativity and enthusiasm to their teaching approach
- Exhibit excellent interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with colleagues, students, and parents
