About This Role

Ghars International School is seeking a qualified and passionate Biology Teacher for our Secondary School, with the role expected to begin in the academic year 2026–2027.

We are looking for a committed educator who possesses a true enthusiasm for Biology and is motivated to inspire students, nurturing their scientific curiosity, critical thinking, and a strong understanding of biological concepts.

Requirements:


A Bachelor’s degree in Biology or a related field


A PGCE (Postgraduate Certificate in Education) or an equivalent teaching credential


A minimum of 2 years of experience in a secondary school teaching role


Strong classroom management and communication skills


Ability to deliver engaging, student-centered lessons


Commitment to fostering both the academic and personal development of students

Key Responsibilities:


Teach Biology to secondary school students, in line with the school curriculum


Design, prepare, and deliver high-quality instructional lessons


Assess and monitor student progress while providing constructive feedback


Participate in the larger school community, including involvement in extracurricular activities

Compensation
