About This Role

Locations: Shanghai, Guangzhou

Key Responsibilities

  • Foster a welcoming and nurturing environment within the dormitory to support the emotional, physical, and spiritual development of students.
  • Work in close partnership with school administration and fellow staff members to help students achieve academic success and excel in extracurricular activities.
  • Develop age-appropriate academic assistance programs specifically designed for resident students.
  • Implement character development programs to promote and reinforce positive values among students living in the residence.
  • Collaborate with leadership to enhance the quality of English instruction and learning experiences within the residential facilities.
  • Aid leaders in the efficient management and operation of the residence hall.
  • Ensure the health and safety of the residence hall is maintained at all times.
  • Assist leaders during school events such as promotional activities and orientation sessions.
  • Provide weekly progress updates to parents or guardians regarding their child(ren) in our care.
  • Attend all required meetings both on and off campus as directed by the Supervisor.
  • Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned by the Supervisor.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Fluent English-speaking teacher (Native Speaker Preferred)
  • Background in teaching or student support.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Must have a clear and standard accent.
  • Ideal candidates should exhibit qualities such as being a team player, responsible, outgoing, enthusiastic, and possessing a positive, can-do attitude.
