AS/A Level Mathematics Teacher (Cambridge) & Secondary Mathematics Coordinator

The Modern Educational Complex, named after Heydar Aliyev and located in Baku, Azerbaijan, is seeking an outstanding and experienced Cambridge Mathematics Educator to join our dynamic educational team. This role combines teaching excellence with leadership responsibilities, serving as both a Cambridge A Level Mathematics Teacher and the Secondary Mathematics Coordinator.

We are looking for a dedicated professional with a strong background in the Cambridge International Curriculum (AS/A Level) who can inspire students, support colleagues, and maintain high standards in mathematics education throughout the secondary school.

Key Responsibilities:

•
Deliver high-quality Mathematics lessons that are aligned with the AS/A Level curriculum, ensuring successful student outcomes.

•
Lead and oversee the Secondary Mathematics department, promoting consistency and excellence in teaching practices.

•
Mentor and support Mathematics teachers through coaching, lesson observations, and constructive feedback.

•
Develop and implement effective schemes of work, assessments, and enrichment activities that meet Cambridge standards.

•
Monitor student progress and leverage data to improve teaching strategies and enhance departmental effectiveness.

•
Foster a positive, engaging, and inclusive learning environment for students aged 11–18.

Requirements:

•
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics or a related field.

•
Proven experience teaching AS/A Level Mathematics.

•
At least 3 years of relevant teaching experience with Cambridge Curricula.

•
Exceptional proficiency in English (both written and verbal).

•
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

•
