We are looking to appoint a well-qualified, motivated, and enthusiastic Admissions and Student Services Assistant to become part of our Marketing, Admissions, and Student Services Team. The ideal candidate will possess experience in an administrative role and exhibit a friendly, professional demeanor, as the position involves significant interaction with students. The successful applicant will play a crucial role in providing guidance, advice, and support for individual students and student activities, assisting with the management of financial support through the 16-19 Bursary Fund, and facilitating essential processes related to student applications, admissions, and enrollment.
The Marketing, Admissions & Student Services Team operates across both the University Road and Regent Road campuses. This team oversees all aspects of the College’s student recruitment processes, which include marketing, coordinating attendance at school liaison events, processing applications, organizing recruitment events and activities, and serving as the primary point of contact for prospective students and their families. Additionally, the team provides a welcoming reception service for current students, supports student groups and activities, and manages the 16-19 Bursary Fund by evaluating eligibility and determining the level of assistance in line with Department for Education (DfE) Bursary Guidance.

This is a permanent, full-time, term-time position that will begin as soon as possible, with a competitive salary aligned with the SFCA support pay spine.
The salary for this role falls within the banding of 3 - 6, ranging from £24,759 to £25,558 per annum (pro rata). The starting salary for this position is £21,491, with potential for negotiation based on experience.
