General Responsibilities: All Staff at Yasmina British Academy
- Contribute to the academy's vision and strategic objectives while supporting the goals outlined in the improvement plan and self-evaluation document.
- Follow health and safety regulations and adhere to the academy's policies on safe working practices and equal opportunities.
- Comply with the academy's Performance Management Policy by setting ambitious annual objectives and serving as a performance management reviewer if designated by the Principal.
- Engage in annual training concerning child protection, safeguarding, and health and safety, along with any additional training necessary for the improvement or performance management of the academy.
- Maintain compliance with the academy's dress code at all times, including wearing a photo ID/lanyard.
- Abide by the academy's Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) for computer usage consistently.
- Attend all staff briefings.
- Sign in and out at the academy's reception if off-site during normal working hours.
