We provide three language immersion programs: Spanish, French, and Mandarin, and hold accreditations from the International Baccalaureate (IB) and the French Ministry of Education. Additionally, we are honored to be recognized as a model school by NAIS.

We are in search of enthusiastic, thoughtful, and committed educators to join our team and support our youngest students in their academic, social, and emotional growth within a bilingual, inquiry-driven atmosphere.

For the 2026-2027 School Year, we are looking for a French Primary Lead Teacher who will instruct two primary classes in partnership with an English language Lead Teacher. By becoming part of our lively educational community, you will be instrumental in guiding our students' learning journeys, with a strong emphasis on academic achievement and social-emotional development.

Key Responsibilities



Design and implement engaging, structured lessons that link classroom learning to real-world experiences, fostering enthusiasm and academic excellence consistent with IB and French National curriculum.


Differentiate instruction using diverse developmentally suitable teaching and assessment strategies to accommodate all learners' needs.


Oversee and nurture the academic, emotional, and social growth of students.


Uphold high expectations for student conduct to ensure a constructive and positive classroom atmosphere.


Meaningfully integrate technology to enhance the learning experience for students.


Cultivate a strong sense of community by actively involving students, colleagues, and families.


Collaborate effectively with colleagues, leadership, and staff throughout the school.


Engage in ongoing professional development and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.


Take part in curriculum development, team planning, and faculty meetings.


Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements


Fluency in both French and English


Authorization to work in the U.S.


Preferred: Master’s degree in Education or a related discipline


At least 3 years of experience in Elementary/Primary education


Preferred: Experience with IB PYP and/or dual language programs

Salary


Starting at $65,000
