Person Specification:
Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood or Primary Education or a related field, along with a recognized Teaching Qualification/License.
Experience: A minimum of 2 years’ experience in recognized school or international school settings is preferred.
Competencies:
• Exceptional practitioner within the classroom.
• Previous successful teaching or lecturing experience.
• Familiarity with DSIB, OFSTED, or similar school inspection authorities.
• Experience in an international school context is preferred.
• Knowledge of current educational research.
• Understanding of contemporary educational developments in the UAE is preferred.
• Excellent communication abilities, demonstrating high standards of professionalism in both written and spoken English.
• Well-organized and adept at meeting deadlines.
