We are excited to announce an opening for a passionate and dedicated Business Teacher, due to the expansion of our A Level and Key Stage 4 curriculum programs. This position will commence in August 2026.
The ideal candidate will possess experience teaching students in the secondary age range, particularly in BTEC and A Level Business. Familiarity with BTEC programs is essential, as the role involves understanding assessment, quality assurance, and the delivery of these courses.
Our Business Studies and BTEC Business Studies programs are well-established and thriving, enjoying robust pupil interest and consistently achieving impressive results.

Responsibilities:
- Deliver dynamic and effective lessons in Business Studies.
- Plan and prepare teaching materials according to the Cambridge curriculum.
- Assess student progress and offer constructive feedback.
- Support academic growth and promote critical thinking among students.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to improve the overall learning environment.
Skills and Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Education, or a related field (minimum requirement).
- At least 2 years of teaching experience, preferably in an international school setting.
- Strong understanding of business studies content and BTEC assessment procedures.
- Familiarity with the Cambridge curriculum framework for secondary education.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal capabilities.
- Ability to inspire students and create a positive classroom environment.

• Ensuring that preparation and marking are conducted regularly, aligning with school and departmental policies.
• Maintaining accurate records of lesson plans and student progress.
• Assisting the Head of Department in supporting students and creating enrichment opportunities.
• Collaborating closely with colleagues to ensure that appropriate provisions are made for students.
• Providing regular assessment grades in accordance with the overall school assessment framework and delivering termly reports on student performance.
