About This Role
SEND Teacher (LInK)
Kings’ School Al Barsha is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic SEND Teacher (LInK) to become part of our expanding Inclusion department, where we maintain high aspirations for our pupils. You will cultivate a stimulating, language-rich environment that encourages student advancement with a strong emphasis on communication and interaction skills, social development, and emotional regulation.

Requirements and Experience:
•
A relevant bachelor’s degree in Special Needs Education
•
Possession of Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), PGCE, or an equivalent qualification
•
At least 2 years of prior experience in a special needs classroom setting
•
Experience working with students who have learning difficulties and significant communication challenges
•
Capability to modify curriculums to address the unique needs of each child
•
Skill in establishing a structured learning environment
•
Ability to implement creative learning activities and tailor them to individual requirements
•
Proficient in developing Individual Education Plans
•
A well-defined personal educational philosophy
•
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
•
Thorough understanding of teaching early language and mathematical skills
•
Dedication to inclusive education that caters to the individual needs of each child
