About This Role
• Designs the annual curriculum for the designated grade level
• Crafts lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards and submits them to academic coordinators for approval
• Evaluates feedback from academic coordinators and adjusts lesson plans as needed
• Stays informed about the latest educational resources, including technology for classroom instruction, and integrates these tools into teaching practices
• Provides stimulating and engaging learning experiences for students while nurturing a classroom environment that promotes education
• Develops worksheets, handouts, and various instructional materials that align with lesson plans and curriculum, as well as assessments and exams
• Responsible for promptly grading and providing feedback on student assignments
• Evaluates, documents, and communicates student development, progress, and outcomes
• Identifies students requiring additional support, whether academic or non-academic, and ensures they receive appropriate assistance
• Participates in extracurricular activities and engages in school events such as assemblies, meetings, and conferences
• Maintains student safety at all times
• Works collaboratively with fellow teachers to exchange innovative ideas, teaching methods, content, and professional insights
• Engages in communication and feedback with parents during Parent Teacher Meetings and as needed
