About the role

As an integral member of the School Leadership Team, you will offer direction, motivation, and guidance to our Secondary teaching staff. With a focus on cultivating a high-performing team, you, along with the Deputy Head, will manage the everyday operations of the school, including staff development, performance management, and resource allocation. You will also play a vital role on the Senior Leadership Team.

In our fast-paced international context, you will implement the UK National Curriculum, IGCSE, A Levels, International Baccalaureate Programme, and BTEC. You will encourage your students to establish ambitious goals and explore innovative teaching methods to enhance their experiences and outcomes.

You will be well-informed about current curriculum developments. Strong in leadership and personnel management, you possess a talent for establishing and achieving ambitious performance targets.

You will be adept at navigating our multicultural and fast-evolving international environment, employing a variety of communication strategies and channels. Your solid grasp of commercial, financial, market, and organizational dynamics will empower you to devise effective solutions to complex business challenges.

Possessing the ability to cultivate a classroom atmosphere where limitless achievements are possible, you will have a university degree in your specialist subject, a teaching qualification, and extensive teaching experience alongside thorough curriculum knowledge.
