Responsibilities:
- Deliver specialized learning support to primary students who need extra help with English.
- Work alongside classroom teachers to create tailored learning plans.
- Assess student progress and modify teaching techniques as necessary.
- Cultivate a positive and inclusive classroom setting that promotes student participation.
- Maintain effective communication with parents, colleagues, and administration concerning student requirements.
Skills and Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related discipline (minimum requirement).
- A minimum of 3 years of experience teaching at the primary level.
- Previous experience in an international curriculum environment is preferred.
- Comprehensive understanding of effective methods for assisting learners with varied needs in English language acquisition.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
