About This Role
The Josef-Schwarz-School is nestled in a nature-rich area in Erlenbach and is conveniently located in Heilbronn. We are currently seeking a Reception Class Teacher for our Primary School in Erlenbach, available in either part-time or full-time positions, beginning at the start of the 2026/2027 academic year.

Your Responsibilities
•
Collaborate as part of a team with a German class teacher and provide assistance twice weekly in the afternoon program until 5:30 pm.
•
Prepare and follow up on lessons while organizing and designing the pedagogical aspects based on our established curriculum.
•
Utilize a diverse range of teaching methods and didactic approaches in the classroom.
•
Establish a positive, supportive, and welcoming atmosphere for learning.
•
Organize, implement, and supervise various class projects.
•
Contribute to the generation of new ideas and the enhancement of processes.
•
Maintain effective communication with parents.
Your Profile
•
A qualified Early Years Educator, holding a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, a degree in Social Pedagogy, or a similar qualification that qualifies you to teach in a reception class.
•
A friendly and nurturing individual with a genuine enthusiasm for working with children, particularly in the reception/kindergarten age range.
•
Committed to helping all children reach their full potential.
•
An interest in developing and implementing new educational concepts that focus on the individualized growth of children.
•
Proficient in English with a desire to learn about the German language and culture.
