Job Description:
The role of the Early Years Teacher is to cultivate and provide a rich learning atmosphere for young learners. Our preferred candidate will possess an enthusiastic attitude and a strong desire for ongoing improvement. The successful individual will oversee and implement exemplary teaching practices in line with the UK curriculum, delivering a high-quality and stimulating learning experience for our Early Years students.
Experience and Education Requirements:
● A relevant Bachelor's degree in Education or a BA with a PGCE is the minimum qualification required.
● Fully qualified teachers with Qualified Teacher Status and a minimum of 2 years' experience delivering the National Curriculum for England to Early Years students.
● At least 2 years of teaching experience in Early Years education.
● Committed professionals who are passionate about raising standards in alignment with the school’s vision, mission, and values.
● Teachers with a solid understanding of the National Curriculum for England.
● Exceptional practitioners capable of delivering innovative lessons based on current pedagogical theories and forward-thinking initiatives.

Shortlisting / Interview Process:
Candidates who are shortlisted will be invited to submit a video that highlights their personality and teaching achievements. Successful submissions will move forward to an online interview with the Primary Principal and key school leaders. Candidates based in the UAE will be invited to conduct a 45-minute lesson observation with the relevant year group, followed by an in-person interview with key school leaders.
