DETAILS:

We are in search of a qualified Mathematics Teacher for the Secondary School, capable of instructing Mathematics up to KS5. The school is well-equipped with practical resources, and we maintain high expectations for student achievement. Fostering and sustaining positive relationships is crucial for optimizing student progress. Our curriculum aligns with the English national standards for IGCSE and IAL, accredited by the Cambridge and Pearson examination boards.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

• A PGCE or PGDE, along with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).

• Experience teaching at KS5 is beneficial.

• Exceptional Early Career Teachers (ECTs) are also encouraged to apply.

• Collaborate as part of a team, submitting proposals and documents for further development by the Leadership Team, and support final decisions made by leadership.

• Be punctual for scheduled meetings.

• While all staff are encouraged to share their opinions, they are expected to align with the majority decision or the final decision made by the Head of School.

• Balance the often conflicting needs of transparency and confidentiality, working cohesively as a team with fellow staff members.

• Foster a collaborative environment, avoiding a ‘them and us’ mentality.

• Take on specific tasks as reasonably assigned by School Leadership.
