About This Role

Dubai Heights Academy

Dubai Heights Academy offers a friendly and inviting environment for its employees. Situated in the Al Barsha South district of Dubai, this is an excellent opportunity to become part of our dedicated team.

Established in 2017, the school provides an inclusive and outstanding educational experience for an international student body ranging from FS1 to Year 12 (2025-2026) and plans to expand organically up to Year 13.

Our campus is equipped with cutting-edge facilities, including distinct buildings for each educational phase and a 380-seat auditorium. The amenities feature three climate-controlled swimming pools, fully outfitted science and computer laboratories, specialized rooms for art, design technology, music, and drama, a library, two multipurpose sports halls, a full-size football pitch, diverse outdoor play areas, and a spacious canteen. Spanning 292,000 square feet, our campus includes three dedicated buildings for each educational phase, and we are excited to announce the opening of our new secondary building in August 2025, marking our most ambitious project to date.

Dubai Heights Academy delivers a curriculum designed to cater to all student needs, based on the National Curriculum for England. This curriculum has been adapted to meet local requirements and is complemented by Arabic language, Islamic Studies, Moral Education, and Social Studies. Additionally, we have collaborated with MIT (Massachusetts Institute of Technology) to create and implement a customized AI (artificial intelligence) project-based program for secondary students, along with an early language initiative utilizing social robots for primary learners, enhancing our diverse curriculum.

We are motivated by a foundational philosophy encapsulated in our school ethos: ‘Every Child, Every Mind, and Everybody matters.’ We believe that every student is entitled to the highest quality education, regardless of their background or abilities.
