About This Role
The Josef-Schwarz-School is nestled in a picturesque natural setting in Erlenbach and is conveniently located in Heilbronn. We are currently seeking a Teacher in Music for our secondary school in Heilbronn and Erlenbach, either on a part-time or full-time basis, starting at the beginning of the 2026/2027 school year.

Your Responsibilities
• Plan and organize lessons while following our benchmarked curriculum
• Foster independent learning and implement innovative pedagogical strategies
• Employ differentiated teaching methods and materials to cater to the diverse needs and interests of students
• Prepare students holistically for both written and oral German school leaving examinations
Your Profile
• Ideally hold Qualified Teacher Status equivalent to the German Second State Examination, with a focus on secondary education
• Fluent in German and possess native-level proficiency in English
• Eager to contribute to the development of new educational concepts and work collaboratively within a team
• Serve as a positive role model for students and have a passion for teaching in a secondary environment
• Interested in developing and implementing new pedagogical approaches that emphasize individualized student growth
