Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related discipline
- At least 3 years of experience teaching in early childhood environments
- Strong grasp of international early years curricula and effective practices
- Ability to design engaging, developmentally appropriate learning activities that support growth across all areas
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with children, parents, and colleagues
- Proficiency in English; additional language skills are a plus
