Al Rabeeh School is looking to hire an exceptional, passionate, and resilient Early Years classroom practitioner dedicated to fostering a secure, supportive, and joyful learning atmosphere that encourages children to play, explore, inquire, and engage, starting in January.

Key Responsibilities:
Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) teachers play a crucial role at Al Rabeeh School, laying the groundwork for students' skills, knowledge, and love for learning as they progress through subsequent year groups. The ideal candidate will resonate with the ethos and values of Al Rabeeh, a school that serves a diverse population of Emirati/Arab and international students. The 52 nationalities represented at our institution enable us to respectfully honor diversity and celebrate varying cultural norms and values.
Candidates must be able to showcase:
- Strong subject knowledge of the EYFS
- The ability to cultivate a dynamic learning environment
- Familiarity with current UK educational initiatives and developments
- A strong commitment to excellence in teaching and learning
- The capability to support creative learning and focus on developing 21st-century learning environments and innovation skills
- Proficiency in using technology to enhance and expand students' learning experiences
- Experience in utilizing data from internal assessments, standardized tests, and external assessments to monitor student progress
- Experience with EAL students is advantageous, though not mandatory
The successful applicant will hold:
- Qualified Teacher Status (UK), PGCE in Early Years/Primary Education, or a Degree in Education (Early Years/Primary Education)
- A minimum of two years of teaching experience in Early Years education
- A demonstrated ability and confidence to teach children aged 3-5
- A passport from an English-speaking country
