Are you passionate about equipping young people with SEND for a successful adult life? We are seeking a Provision Leader for students with profound and multiple learning disabilities (PMLD) and highly complex needs (such as medical/sensory). In this role, you will spearhead the development of our Experiential provision and Pre-Formal curriculum.

Redwood is a sizable special school catering to learners aged 11-19 with diverse and complex SEND. This is a pivotal moment for Redwood, as the demand for placements is growing, and we are expanding our offerings.
