Are you passionate about equipping young people with SEND for a successful adult life? We are seeking a Provision Leader for students with profound and multiple learning disabilities (PMLD) and highly complex needs (such as medical/sensory). In this role, you will spearhead the development of our Experiential provision and Pre-Formal curriculum.

Redwood is a sizable special school catering to learners aged 11-19 with diverse and complex SEND. This is a pivotal moment for Redwood, as the demand for placements is growing, and we are expanding our offerings. At Redwood, you will have the chance to profoundly impact the lives of our remarkable and varied children and young people.

The ideal candidate will:
