We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Primary Teacher to join our team starting in August 2026. This is a wonderful opportunity to be part of our Primary School, where you will provide outstanding instruction and inspire students throughout their early education. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and well-structured lessons across the primary curriculum, fostering a love of learning while supporting students' academic, social, and emotional development.

You will create a dynamic and inclusive classroom environment that encourages curiosity, critical thinking, and independence. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


Design and implement high-quality, engaging lessons that align with the primary curriculum, ensuring students' learning progression.


Create a welcoming, inclusive, and stimulating classroom atmosphere that nurtures students’ academic, social, and emotional development.


Assess, monitor, and document student progress, using data to inform planning and customized instruction.


Promote the development of critical thinking, independence, and a love for learning in all students.


Maintain effective communication with parents and guardians concerning student progress and wellbeing.


Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to curriculum development and school-wide initiatives.


Enhance the pastoral life of the school by advocating for student wellbeing and positive behavior.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:


A recognized teaching qualification and experience in Primary School education.


Strong subject knowledge and the ability to deliver engaging, well-organized lessons.


A high level of proficiency in English, along with excellent communication skills.


A commitment to student wellbeing and inclusive teaching practices.


A collaborative and proactive approach, with a willingness to participate in the broader school community.

Compensation

£30,000 - £45,000+ (Regional Equivalent)
