Requirements

The ideal candidate will:

• Possess a valid Primary Teaching qualification (such as a B.Ed. and/or PGCE).

• Demonstrate confidence and a proven track record of achieving exceptional results in a Primary classroom setting.

• Have in-depth knowledge of The National Curriculum for England and Wales, including its related assessment practices.

• Show a strong commitment to the pastoral care of children, understanding the importance of balancing academic and social development while being able to identify safeguarding concerns.

• Exhibit excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude towards both individual and collaborative professional growth.

• Be ready to join Jebel Ali School in August 2026.
