Bloom World Academy, situated in the heart of Dubai within a modern, state-of-the-art campus, is excited to announce an opening for a Nursery Teacher to join our tailored nursery program starting in January 2025.

Our Journey
Bloom World Academy was established in August 2022, providing education for children aged 18 months to 18 years. Our school has gained significant recognition for challenging traditional norms and introducing innovative practices in Dubai, benefiting learners, families, and educators alike.

Following a successful inaugural year, we are looking to expand our offerings for the next academic year by launching a small nursery that will be integrated into our Primo (early years) section. Initially, we will open two nursery groups and are now seeking dedicated staff to join our team.

At Bloom World Academy, we prioritize family engagement, encouraging parents to participate in school activities, work from our community café, attend regular workshops, and join our weekly community forums. The introduction of the nursery reflects our commitment to fostering family connections within our community, with priority placements available for our existing families.

Every aspect of education at Bloom World Academy has been meticulously designed to consider how and why we teach, as well as the impact on our students. This thoughtful approach has led to several firsts in the UAE, such as starting school at 9 a.m., allowing families to customize their timetables (learning pathways), and issuing a Learning Achievement Passport (LAP) for each student, which documents performance and progress communicated to families multiple times each year.

Our successful approach has exceeded expectations, prompting us to seek numerous creative and passionate educators who are eager to apply their expertise in a progressive, innovative environment where teaching is highly valued.

Nursery Teacher - The Role
We are looking for an Early Years practitioner who is dedicated to the holistic development of each child. Our nursery adopts a curiosity-driven methodology with a strong emphasis on the EYFS prime areas. While we aim for academic excellence, we also prioritize the social, emotional, and physical growth of our students, ensuring they are well-prepared for the transition to Pre-KG.

We seek experienced educators with a solid understanding of the English Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and a curiosity-driven approach that fosters environments where children can flourish, think independently, and lead their learning. You will design play opportunities tailored to children's interests, offering diverse play experiences that encourage cognitive, physical, social, and emotional development.

As a facilitator, you will ensure that both resources and interactions with adults are purposeful. In addition to learning through play, you will plan a balanced mix of adult-led and child-initiated activities. You should be capable of teaching students with varying abilities and have a proven history of achieving outstanding student outcomes.

Experience with the curiosity approach or Montessori training is highly desirable. As an educator, you should possess the knowledge and skills necessary to create rich, engaging, and challenging learning opportunities, understand assessment strategies, and possess a passion for pushing students to reach their full potential.

Required Candidate Profile
- Advanced/proficient-level English language skills.
- A minimum of an early years teaching degree or Cache level 3 (or equivalent).
- At least three years of experience teaching in a reputable nursery or early years setting.
- Strong understanding of the English Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and a curiosity-driven approach.
- Demonstrates professionalism, enthusiasm, commitment, and integrity.
- Intercultural awareness, well-developed communication skills, and eagerness to engage with students and parents.
