GEMS Metropole School Al Waha is experiencing growth, and we are on the lookout for an exceptional Lead Practitioner – KS2 to become part of our vibrant team beginning in August 2026.

The ideal candidate will:

Hold a BEd or Bachelor’s degree accompanied by a PGCE/PGDE or equivalent qualification


Demonstrate substantial experience teaching Key Stage 2, with a proven history of raising standards

Infuse creativity, innovation, and enthusiasm into teaching and learning practices


Exhibit outstanding interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with colleagues, students, and parents
