Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate and innovative Head of STEM to take on this essential leadership role. In this position, you will be responsible for crafting and executing the school's vision for STEM education, guiding a diverse team that encompasses Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and Information and Communication Technology (ICT). Your focus will be on promoting the smooth integration of interdisciplinary curricula and cutting-edge teaching strategies.
Your dedication will contribute to establishing a progressive, student-centered academic environment that encourages teaching reforms across key STEM disciplines, including Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and ICT. We expect your initiatives to not only elevate the academic standards of each subject but also to break down traditional disciplinary barriers. By integrating advanced technology and real-world problem-solving into the educational experience through Project-Based Learning (PBL) and inquiry-driven methods, you will cultivate innovative thinkers equipped with scientific insights, technical expertise, an engineering mindset, and a strong foundation in mathematics.
