The position
We are excited to announce an opening for a current senior leader or experienced middle leader to make a significant impact within a high-achieving context and join our established and successful school. The chosen candidate will be responsible for overseeing the Sixth Form, managing both the strategic direction and daily operations for Years 12 and 13.
This role will also entail leading several important strategic initiatives throughout the school and being an active member of the Senior School Leadership Team. The individual will contribute to the daily administration of the Senior School and aid in the development of policies, practices, and procedures that align with the school’s mission, vision, and core objectives.
Additionally, this position includes the duties of Designated Safeguarding Lead for Years 12 and 13.
The successful candidate will report directly to the Head of Senior School.

Following a comprehensive meeting of the Selection Panel, candidates selected will be invited for initial interviews during the week of 13 April. Shortlisted candidates will then meet with the Selection Committee in the week of 27 April. Those who advance to the final stage will be invited for a school visit followed by a final interview during the week commencing 11 May.
The school is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people, expecting all staff and volunteers to uphold this commitment. The successful candidate will be required to provide an Enhanced DBS disclosure certificate or an equivalent document.
