Head of Inclusion (AEN & ATG) - Whole School
About This Role
The Junior & Senior School is a dynamic, nonprofit independent day school located in Nicosia, Cyprus, that adheres to the British curriculum and caters to over 1,450 students aged 3 to 19, with 660 enrolled in the Senior School. Established in 1944, the school is renowned for its commitment to academic excellence, holistic education, and community engagement. The Junior School, situated in the heart of Nicosia, has been providing Primary education and houses our Early Years department since its inception.
In 2016, we expanded by launching the Senior School campus in Latsia, southern Nicosia, which provides a seamless transition for students moving from our Junior School in a spacious setting. Starting September 2025, we will enhance our Sixth Form offerings by introducing the IB Diploma Program alongside our established A Level curriculum.
Our institution is dedicated to delivering innovative and creative educational experiences that promote the social, physical, and emotional growth of all students. We aim to prepare them to connect with the global community as confident, compassionate, and healthy young adults. Core values of respect, tolerance, and empathy are central to our philosophy. Following an independent assessment by the Schools Inspectorate (BSO) in November 2024, we are proud to report that our school met all necessary standards and received an ‘Excellent’ rating for the quality of education provided.
We are currently seeking an exceptional individual for the role of Head of Inclusion (AEN & ATG) - Whole School. Your leadership will be crucial in cultivating an inclusive culture, encouraging collaboration among all stakeholders, ensuring inclusive practices across both campuses, and achieving favorable outcomes for every student.
