Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons in Mathematics and Business Studies that adhere to the UK-GCSE curriculum.
- Develop, implement, and assess student assignments aimed at promoting academic growth.
- Foster a positive learning environment that encourages student participation and critical thinking.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create teaching strategies and contribute to the goals of the department.
- Monitor student progress, provide constructive feedback, and communicate performance updates to parents when needed.
Skills and Qualifications:
- A minimum of a Graduate Certificate or equivalent in Education or a related field.
- At least 5 years of teaching experience, preferably in secondary education settings.
- Comprehensive knowledge of UK-GCSE curriculum requirements for Advanced Level Mathematics and Business Studies.
- Strong classroom management skills with the ability to engage students effectively.
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in integrating technology into teaching methodologies.
