Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Art Education or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching elementary visual arts
- In-depth understanding of art techniques, materials, and processes suitable for young students
- Preference for familiarity with the U.S. curriculum or equivalent international standards
- Ability to design imaginative lesson plans that integrate art history, theory, and hands-on skills
- Strong classroom management skills with a knack for engaging diverse student groups
- Proficient in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with digital tools for art instruction is advantageous
