About This Role

Alleyn’s Oakfield is looking to appoint a dedicated and talented Deputy Head (Academic) and Class Teacher to begin on 3 September 2026. This pivotal leadership role involves overseeing the academic development of all students throughout the School, ensuring that each child is provided with the support necessary to achieve their full academic potential.

The individual in this role will play a crucial part in shaping the academic environment at Alleyn’s Oakfield, fostering an atmosphere where students can thrive within a stimulating, engaging, and forward-thinking curriculum. They will establish the academic standards of the school, promote excellence in teaching and learning, and stay closely connected to the latest, most innovative pedagogical advancements, including the effective integration of IT and digital technologies to enhance educational experiences.

This position is full-time and permanent, with a salary that is highly competitive and commensurate with experience and the responsibilities associated with the role.

Compensation
