The Position
ADNOC Schools is on the lookout for a dedicated Classroom Assistant to start in August 2025. This role is located at ADNOC School - Ruwais Campus.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the educational and social development of students under the guidance of the Principal/Vice Principal/Class Teacher.
- Provide support to individual students both inside and outside the classroom as instructed, enabling their full participation in activities.
- Help class teachers maintain current student records.
- Support students with specific needs, such as self-feeding and bathroom assistance (KG).
- Collaborate with other professionals as required.
- Facilitate small group activities as planned by the teacher.
- Prepare and display student work effectively.
- Aid class teachers in resource preparation, including photocopying.
- Occasionally perform other administrative tasks as directed by the Principal.
- Model appropriate behavior in terms of attire, punctuality, attendance, and conduct.
- Actively promote Health and Safety practices.
- Maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Carry out reasonable professional duties assigned by the Principal/Vice Principal.
Qualifications:
- A passion for education and a caring approach to teaching.
- A Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field, along with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
- Familiarity with the American curriculum.
- A commitment to a comprehensive enrichment program.
- Recent and active participation in extracurricular activities.
- Respect for all members of the school community.
- Experience working with students for whom English is an additional language.
- A positive, solution-oriented attitude towards work.
- A clean enhanced Disclosure and Barring Services or Police check.
