Situated in the heart of Ras Al Khaimah city, RAK Academy – Khuzam is a comprehensive all-through institution providing education for students from Pre-K to Grade 12. The primary phase incorporates an adapted UK National Curriculum along with the IB Primary Years Programme (IBPYP), while the secondary phase features a dual-pathway model, offering both the UK curriculum and the International Baccalaureate in the Sixth Form. We are accredited by the British Schools Overseas (BSO), aligning with top international British schools, and we are equipped to fully facilitate the ECT induction for teachers.

The Role

We are seeking a motivated, enthusiastic, and inspiring Primary Arabic A Teacher to become part of our team.

Essential Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in Arabic studies or a related field.

• Possession of Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).

• Familiarity with the Ministry of Education curriculum for Arabic A.

• Experience teaching Arabic across all primary key stages.

• A demonstrated history of outstanding classroom and pedagogical practice.

• Training in the British / IB curriculum is a must.

• Ability to engage, motivate, and support students, staff, and parents.

• A reflective practitioner capable of creative thinking and innovation.

• A positive and enthusiastic team player.

• Willingness to actively participate in extracurricular activities.

• Most importantly, a commitment to ensuring that all complex decision-making is rooted in what is best for the child.

Desirable Qualifications

• Familiarity with Google Suite, such as Google Classroom.
