Job Description:
As a Chinese Teacher at CIA FIRST International School, your primary responsibility will be to teach Mandarin across various grade levels within the institution. You will design engaging lessons that encourage language acquisition and promote cultural understanding among students from diverse backgrounds. This position demands adaptability, enthusiasm, and a dedication to enhancing student development in language proficiency and intercultural awareness.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Chinese Language, or a related discipline (minimum requirement)
- A minimum of 2 years of experience teaching Mandarin language
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage students
- Capability to create lesson plans that cater to various age groups without depending on specific curricula
- Proficient in Mandarin, with a strong command of both spoken and written forms
