About This Role
Role Description
We are looking for a full-time homeroom teacher for our Lower Elementary department (grades 1-3). The selected candidate will be tasked with delivering instruction that aligns with established curricular standards while nurturing a safe and encouraging learning atmosphere inspired by the love of Jesus for every child.
Additional responsibilities encompass, but are not limited to:
- Leading Chapel or Social Emotional Learning (SEL) lessons
- Supervising students in various settings
- Participating in and contributing to departmental and all-school meetings
- Collaborating on diverse school improvement projects
- Communicating with parents, colleagues, and administration
- Engaging in ongoing professional development opportunities
- Familiarity with effective instructional strategies for core subjects aimed at elementary learners
- A valid teaching license is preferred
- Experience in a classroom setting working with young children
- A strong faith in Jesus Christ and a commitment to deepening that relationship
- English as a primary language
Compensation
The starting salary ranges from ฿530,000 to ฿1,000,000+. Salary adjustments will be made based on degree types, teaching certifications, prior experience at ICSN, and overall years of teaching experience.
Annual benefits include an airfare stipend, housing allowance, comprehensive health insurance (for the employee and their dependents), provident fund, and additional perks. For families, benefits extend to a monthly child stipend and complimentary tuition.
