Requirements and Experience:
Essential:
• Possess a bachelor’s degree relevant to the teaching subject or equivalent
• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent certification
• Exhibit strong subject knowledge and a genuine enthusiasm for sharing your passion with students
• Demonstrated experience teaching GCSE and A Level courses
• A minimum of 3 years of teaching experience, although applications from new teachers aspiring to excel are welcomed
• Ability to deliver consistently inspiring lessons with a proven track record of achieving outstanding results
• Strong communication skills and a highly collaborative approach
• Evidence of commitment to recent professional development pertinent to this position
• Innovative ideas to enhance the department's visibility within the school
• Proficient ICT skills that align with the modern classroom environment
• Dedication to the extra-curricular program
• Commitment to the well-being and pastoral care of all students in your charge
• A creative, innovative, and positive outlook
