Job Purpose

Collaborate with students, staff, governors, HIMS personnel, and parents to establish, assess, and enhance the academic goals and standards of the Upper School.

Oversee the leadership and management of the Upper School.
•
Support the Head of School in fostering a dynamic and flourishing educational environment.
•
Supervise the performance of the teaching staff within the Upper School.
•
Ensure that high-quality educational programs are delivered in a safe, positive, and healthy learning atmosphere.
