As we prepare to celebrate our 19th anniversary in August 2026, the Victoria International School of Sharjah (VISS) reflects on its journey that commenced in September 2007 in Al Taawun with fewer than 200 students. Over the last 18 years, VISS has transformed into a distinguished network of schools, encompassing 2 IB World Schools and 3 Regional Schools. We deliver the Australian (Victorian) Curriculum from KG through Grade 12, in addition to the GC curriculum and the IB Diploma Programme. Currently, we proudly cater to over 5,000 students across five campuses.
Our schools are directed by a team of experienced international academic leaders who have extensive backgrounds in the UAE, supported by the VISS Schools Group. We are committed to providing high-quality Australian and international education to a diverse global community.
We are seeking a skilled inclusion teacher to join our dynamic team. The perfect candidate will create engaging lessons aligned with the Australian Curriculum (adapted to the context) that empower students to become confident, independent learners.

Key Responsibilities
•
Deliver outstanding teaching and learning experiences tailored to both the curriculum and student needs.
•
Establish a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning atmosphere, prioritizing student well-being and safeguarding.
•
Assess and monitor student progress while providing constructive feedback.
•
Foster positive collaborations with parents and colleagues.
•
Participate in school initiatives and contribute to continuous improvements.
Qualifications & Experience
•
Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a related discipline.
•
Recognized teaching qualification and professional registration (e.g., VIT, QTS, or equivalent).
•
Experience in an international or Australian curriculum setting is preferred.
•
Regional experience is advantageous but not essential.
