About This Role

Ashford Hill Primary School is a village school at the centre of the community in Ashford Hill and Headley. At Ashford Hill our aim is to collaborate together in order to be “the best we can”. Through an ambitious and thought-provoking curriculum, we hope to inspire our children with our rich learning journeys, extra curricula activities and strong links with the community. We strive to empower children to see the importance of their social responsibility, and their place in society and the ever-changing world.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced teacher and leader to contribute to the strategic direction of the school while leading and developing outstanding SEND provision.

As Vice Principal & SENDCo, you will work closely with the Principal and the Trust to drive school improvement, support the day-to-day management of the school, and deputise in the Principal's absence when required.

You will lead the strategic development of Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) provision, ensuring that all pupils receive the support they need to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

If you are looking for your next challenge and feel you are the right person for the role, we look forward to hearing from you.

We also offer a forward-thinking Employee Assistance Programme, Medical Cash Plan, Wider Wallet Benefit Hub, Wider Fitness, Cycle to Work and eyecare vouchers.
