The
Academies for Character and Excellence has twenty Primary Schools across Devon & Torbay making up a dynamic and innovative learning organisation. At the

We are looking to appoint exceptional candidates who:
- Will be committed to ensure that all children achieve the highest possible outcomes
- Have a passion to ensure high expectations for all teaching and learning
- Ensure outstanding pedagogy which inspires, motivates and challenges pupils to be the best that they can be
- Have an understanding of collaborative learning
- Will work in partnership with the headteacher, local advocate board and the wider community to ensure that our mission and ethos is translated into action.
