Summer Camp House Tutor
About This Role
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated House Tutor to join The Rosenberg Camps, a well-known summer camp. In this role, you will work closely with both academic and extracurricular teams to deliver outstanding pastoral care. It is important that you can lead a sports or extracurricular activity. Please be aware that this is a short-term position available exclusively to EU/EFTA citizens or those who already have the right to work in Switzerland.
The ideal applicant will have the following qualifications, skills, and experiences:
• A teaching qualification, pastoral equivalent, and at least one year of relevant experience
• Previous involvement in sports coaching or summer camp environments
• Extensive experience in providing pastoral care to students of various age groups
• Background in 1:1 tutoring, mentoring, or well-being counseling

Responsibilities & Competencies:
• Oversee students’ daily schedules while maintaining the highest standards of care and attention to their well-being.
• Design and implement recreational and sports programs and activities.
• Provide academic oversight and assist with homework support.
• Lead sports and/or extracurricular courses.
• Take on driving responsibilities as needed.

The Camp
Institut auf dem Rosenberg welcomes students from over 30 different countries to its camps in Switzerland each year, eagerly anticipating both new and returning students for the upcoming season's best camp experience.
