Our opportunity
We wish to appoint an exceptional Subject Leader of Maths to support the development and improvement of the subject within Yewlands Academy. It goes without saying that we will support you, develop you and above all welcome you into our ambitious team and rapidly improving school.
We are looking for a Subject Leader who:Has a proven record of success with students in Maths
Has the ability to consult, devise, communicate, implement, monitor and evaluate improvement with a relentless focus on student outcomes
Has an ability to lead and aspire others
Is a talented professional who wants to provide every student with a great education and real choices in life, regardless of their background
Is enthusiastic and has passion for Maths and the potential of every student

The role will focus upon: The quality of teaching and learning Assessment and monitoring of performance The curriculum at Key Stage 3 & 4 and transition.
