Position: Special Educational Needs and Disabilities Coordinator (SENDCo)
Contract Type: Fixed Term
Minimum Qualification: Bachelor Degree
Minimum Experience: 4 years
Skills and Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field
- Qualified teacher status with experience in special educational needs and disabilities
- Knowledge of SEN legislation, policies, and current best practices
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with teachers, parents, and external agencies
- Ability to evaluate individual student needs and develop appropriate support strategies
