Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education or related field (minimum requirement)
- No previous teaching experience required; enthusiasm for learning and professional growth essential
- Strong communication skills with students, parents, and colleagues
- Ability to create engaging lesson plans aligned with the IPC framework
- Effective classroom management skills conducive to a positive learning environment
- Proficiency in using technology as an educational tool is desirable
