Key Stage 2 Teacher

Capital School Bahrain is seeking to appoint a motivated and committed Key Stage 2 Teacher to join our growing Primary team.

This role offers an excellent opportunity for a skilled practitioner with a strong understanding of the English National Curriculum to contribute to a supportive and high-expectations learning environment, preparing pupils effectively for the transition into secondary education.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Delivering high-quality teaching and learning across Key Stage 2

  • Planning well-sequenced lessons aligned to the English National Curriculum

  • Supporting strong pupil progress and attainment across the curriculum

  • Using assessment effectively to inform teaching and targeted intervention

  • Promoting positive behaviour, independence, and high expectations

  • Working collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and wider school teams

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

  • Experience teaching in Key Stage 2

  • Secure knowledge of the English National Curriculum and age-related expectations

  • Strong classroom management and organisational skills

  • A commitment to inclusive practice, safeguarding, and pupil wellbeing

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Compensation

£35,000 - £55,000 (Tax-Free Equivalent)
