Our happy, supportive and tremendously successful Primary team is proud to be one of the best in the world. We are now looking for an outstanding Arabic, Islamic and Qatar History Teacher to join our successful team.
About you As part of the Primary Arabic Team, you will be responsible for planning and delivering the best quality lessons to engage and challenge your students. You will have high standards and expectations in every element of your work. You will also be responsible for meeting all the Ministry of Education and Higher Education’s national requirements for the teaching of the 3 subjects. To be considered for a vacancy, you should: Hold a bachelor’s degree in Arabic Language, Arabic Literature or Islamic Studies from a reputable university. Hold a relevant teaching qualification, and are fluent in Arabic. Have good experience teaching your subjects to Primary School children in an international school environment. Have excellent spoken and written English. Please note that the successful candidate will also be teaching Arabic B to non-native students and Islamic Studies (through English). Be eligible to work in Qatar. Have plenty of enthusiasm, creativity and energy – always ensuring your students are challenged, engaged and supported. Our British-style curriculum is thematic, enhanced by specialist lessons for Arabic, Islamic Studies, Qatar History, PE and Music.
