We are a total immersion Kura Kaupapa Māori seeking, under Te Tino Uaratanga 6.2, a pouako who is a native speaker of Paniora, Hapanihi, Haina, or another reo tauiwi, and who is able to teach the marau in that language.
The successful applicant will be willing to actively uphold our tikanga, learn te reo Māori, and eventually also teach in te reo Māori.
We are looking for a pouako who enjoys working with tamariki and collaborates well with other kaimahi.
