Physics Male Teacher -(MYP/DP)

Teach MYP Sciences (Physics focus) and DP Physics through concept-driven inquiry, practical investigations, and real-world applications. Engage students in scientific thinking, data analysis, and problem solving.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and deliver coherent MYP/DP units aligned to IB frameworks and assessment criteria.

Lead safe, purposeful labs; develop student skills in data collection, analysis, and evaluation.

Guide DP Internal Assessments with ethical, authentic investigations.

Use low-stakes quizzing and feedback to build retention and exam readiness.

Collaborate on vertical alignment, lab resources, and STEM co-curricular opportunities.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Physics (or closely related field) and teaching qualification/licensure.

Preferred: IB MYP and DP experience; familiarity with MYP eAssessment/DP exams.

Demonstrated success engaging diverse learners in inquiry and applied physics.

Strong commitment to lab safety, safeguarding, and inclusive practice.
