Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Education or related field
- Minimum of 2 years teaching experience at the middle school level
- Proficient in delivering the United States of America curriculum for English Language Arts
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to create engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles
